2. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns
Refunds and returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The item received is defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The request for a return or refund is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all manuals, accessories, and documentation.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is provided.
Please note that machinery or equipment used after delivery or subjected to modifications or improper handling is not eligible for a refund or return.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom-ordered or specially manufactured machinery.
- Electrical components and spare parts once installed.
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper operation.
- Items sold under clearance, liquidation, or “as-is” conditions.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error or defect from our side.

- Orders may be cancelled before shipment with no penalty.
- If your order has already been shipped, standard return and refund conditions will apply.
