This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products purchased from elitetractors.co.za. By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product received is defective, damaged, or not as described upon delivery.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packaged securely in the original crate or packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (invoice, order number, or receipt) must be provided.

Please Note: Machinery that has been operated, installed, modified, or used in any capacity after delivery cannot be returned.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are not eligible for return due to their nature. These include:

  • Custom-ordered or specially configured machinery.
  • Spare parts, electrical components, or consumables once installed.
  • Equipment sold under clearance, discount, or “as-is” conditions.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper operation, or lack of maintenance.

4. Return Procedure

If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Returns Department at returns@elitetractors.co.za within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or videos showing the issue (if applicable).
  3. Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a Return Authorization (RA) and instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the return status and applicable refund or replacement options.

5. Shipping and Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable freight service for all machinery returns to ensure safe and verified delivery.
  • If the return is approved due to a manufacturer or shipping fault, Elite Tractors will arrange collection or reimburse return shipping costs.

6. Refunds and Replacements

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or credited toward a replacement machine, depending on your preference.
  • In cases where only a part of the product is defective, Elite Tractors may offer repair or replacement of the affected parts instead of a full refund.

7. Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch at no additional charge.
  • Once an order has been shipped or prepared for delivery, the standard return process applies.
